The tours and holidays in our 'Sample Tours' section are itineraries that we have designed for previous customers, and the prices are a rough guide to what they might cost. You can choose it as it is, modify it to meet your particular situation and preferences, or just use it as a starting point. We make no charge for the work we do in 'customising' a tour programme, so it needn't cost any more than its 'off the shelf' equivalent. We response within 24 hours and make your Vietnam tour bookings as straightforward as possible.

We design all our Vietnam travel, tours, holidays and excursions on a 'one-off' basis to meet the specific requirements of each customer. To do this, we offer a comprehensive free consultancy service, providing information, suggestions and advice to help you to choose exactly what you want for your itinerary.

The first draft:
Once we have received your initial enquiry, we will prepare a first draft of a tour for you, with a price. If you have already supplied details of what you like to see and do, we will get on with it straight away. If you haven't made up your mind, we'll send you a few general ideas to start with and work from there.

We always reply promptly - usually within a day. If you're asking for something unusual that might take longer, we'll contact you to tell you when to expect the information.

Developing the itinerary :
Once you've looked at the first draft, and told us what you like and what you don't like, we'll modify it and return it to you with a revised price. You can make as many changes as you like, as often as you like, until you're satisfied.

Please note that there is no charge for this development process - you'll be under no obligation if you change your mind before agreeing the itinerary. The first commitment we ask you to make is to pay a deposit if you want to make a Vietnam tour booking.

Making a booking:
Once you've agreed the itinerary, you'll be able to make a booking by transferring a deposit to our account. Once it arrives, we'll confirm its receipt and begin making firm reservations for you. For your protection, our licence requires us to maintain a secure bond that the Vietnam National Tourism Authority would use to compensate you if we were unable to fulfil our obligations to you.

For adventurous travellers who don't mind the inconveniences of making their own arrangements at their own risks when at a destination, we can assist with some hotel bookings and transport services as well as providing information and advice.
